Participant agreement is needed to coordinate rights for all sides during participation in e-auction process.

Security deposit (if the user wants to participate in the auctions)

Security deposit is required in order to prove to auction organizers that participant is a legitimate and able to pay legal entity. According to participant agreement, paid security deposit can be returned upon request.
