Participant agreement*
Participant agreement is needed to coordinate rights for all sides during participation in e-auction process.
Security deposit*
Security deposit is required in order to prove to auction organizers that participant is a real and able to pay legal person. According to participant agreement, paid security deposit can be returned upon request.
*Needed if the system user is purchasing/selling felling sites or forest properties through the e-Silva system, or if they are procuring logging services.

You must pay a security deposit of 10% of the starting price of the specific auction, to ensure your right to take part. Payment and return of the security deposit takes place in accordance with the Contract for participation in forest property auction.
