e-silva electronic auction system

e-silva is an electronic auction system of felling and forest properties, which provides a full-service, from purchase to legal support, to conformation of property rights. Auction objects can be purchased by legal entities registred in the European Union.

Registration and contract

To participate in forest e-auctions, you must first register as an auction participant. Creating a member profile is quick and easy.

After registration, our representative will contact you to clarify the details and agree on the most convenient way for the signatory of the participant's agreement. The contract can also be signed using a secure electronic signature.

Security deposit

The deposit serves as proof that the person who made the registration is real and has the right to dispose of the funds of the represented company.

System users

The person who has made the registration, as well as additional users added by this person, can participate in the auctions by making bids.

Auction process

After signing the contract and paying the security deposit, you have the right to make an unlimited number of bids for all felling sites and forest properties that are offered in the electronic auction system e-silva.

Auction participants can make bids in ascending order. If a new bid is made in the last minute of the auction, the auction will be extended for another minute and will close when no new bid has been received for a full minute.

You can view all the latest announced auctions in the auction system e-silva.lv. Registered participants receive a personal message about new auction items.

Transaction organization: felling

If the felling site has been sold at the auction, immediately after the end of the auction, our lawyer will prepare a purchase agreement and arrange for the signing of the agreement. You will receive the money for the sold felling in your account within a few days after signing the contract.

Transaction organization: forest property

If the forest property has been sold at the auction, immediately after the end of the auction, our lawyer will prepare a purchase agreement and arrange for its signing:

  • Immediately after the auction, our lawyer will prepare a purchase agreement;
  • We will send an application to the local government to receive a refusal of pre-emption rights;
  • Both parties will sign the conformation agreement in the presence of a notary. If both the buyer and the seller use an electronic signature, it is possible to use the digital services of a notary, by signing the confirmation agreement, which will makes the procedure quick and easy;
  • After signing the confirmation agreement, the buyer transfers the money to the seller, unless the purchase agreement provides otherwise.
